Project management

By benchmarking analysis, ASME, IDEFO, we described and diagnosed the core process, proposed targeted improvement measures, constructed and optimized the core process, introduced multi-level project management structure, constructed and implemented audit mechanism to ensure the implementation of the process. Finally, a comparative analysis is carried out to demonstrate the improvement effect of process optimization: process and R&D efficiency, quality assurance, repetitive construction, etc.

Quality management

We integrate maturity evaluation theory into quality management system. According to auto industry characteristics, 1SO9001 international industry standard, starting from the systematic perspective, qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis are introduced to set up the whole process of quality management system, which based on maturity evaluation model, and will be utilized for brand recognition, quality competitiveness, continuous improvement of overall performance and market competitiveness.

Development process

We set up a standardized product development system, based on the project level, development characteristics and risk level, to create a diversified product development process and milestone management, to satisfy more development demands. IATF16949 quality management system is introduced, and the Turtle diagram is adopted to carry out standardized systematic analysis of all elements in the vehicle product development process, which is utilized to determine the product development status and identify the core sub-processes.
